HI, I'M ANGELA!

 

I'm a mom of 3 with personal experience healing my own prolapse, bladder leaks and back pain.

I know first hand the frustrations and embarrassment of peeing your pants. And actually, my own struggles are exactly why I became a doctor of pelvic floor physical therapy.

Personally, I love running and participating in triathalons. This is why I'm so passionate about helping other moms heal their pelvic floor issues to get back to the things they love.
